Kneading and Resting the Dough

Fresh pasta cooks much faster than dried pasta—typically in 2-3 minutes. Boil it in salted water until it floats to the surface, then toss it with your favorite sauce. Whether paired with a rich Bolognese, a creamy Alfredo, or a simple garlic and olive oil blend, fresh pasta enhances any meal with its delicate texture and rich flavor.
